We’re looking for a Business Development Executive – Events & Publications to join our team and drive business growth across our portfolio of publications, conferences, events, and awards.

If you have experience in B2B sales, media, events, publications, conferences, awards, sponsorships, or delegate acquisition, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development across publications, conferences, events, and awards

• Identify and acquire delegates, speakers, awardees, sponsors, and participating organisations

• Generate new B2B leads through research, networking, outreach, referrals, and other channels

• Build strong relationships with CXOs, senior professionals, decision-makers, and industry leaders

• Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiation, follow-ups, and closure

• Identify current markets, industries, and business opportunities

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of events and publication initiatives

• Achieve business development and revenue targets

2–3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in:

Candidates from media houses, event companies, publishing companies, conference organisations, or similar B2B businesses will be preferred.

You should have:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent relationship-building abilities

• A proven ability to generate opportunities and close business

• Confidence in interacting with senior professionals and industry leaders

• A target-oriented and self-driven approach

• The ability to work independently in a remote environment

⭐ Healthcare Experience – An Advantage

Experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage, especially in:

• Healthcare conferences & events

• Healthcare awards

• Healthcare publications

• Healthcare delegate or speaker acquisition
