Role Overview

n

We're looking for Graduate Trainee- Video Editor and Motion Graphics with a strong visual eye, a good sense of pacing, and a passion for storytelling.

n

Whether you have 0–1 year of experience or are a recent graduate from a film, video, or editing institute, we'd love to hear from you.

n

You'll work closely with our creative and production teams to create engaging content for social media, branded content, and digital campaigns.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Edit social media videos, digital ads, brand content, and promotional content.
n
- Build engaging narratives using visuals, music, sound, and pacing.
n
- Create basic motion graphics, transitions, text animations, and visual effects.
n
- Adapt videos for different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.
n




- Work with creative and production teams to execute briefs and incorporate feedback.
n
- Stay updated on social trends, editing styles, AI tools, and emerging visual techniques.
n
- Contribute ideas during creative brainstorming and content development.
n
- Maintain organized project files and assets.
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- 0–1 year of experience in video editing, post-production, or digital content.
n
- Fresh graduates from film, video editing, media, or related institutes are encouraged to apply.
n
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
n
- Basic knowledge of After Effects; Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus.
n
- Familiarity with AI tools for video editing and content creation is a plus.
n
- Good understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, sound, typography, and composition.
n
- Passion for digital content, pop culture, and social media trends.
n
- Strong willingness to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced creative environment.
n
- A portfolio/showreel is preferred and can include academic, personal, freelance, or internship projects.
