Job Description Location: Jaipur n Employment Type: Full-time n Role Type: Field Sales n n About the Role: n We’re a fast-growing pet-tech company building technology that helps vets, groomers, trainers, pet shops, boarding centres, and other pet businesses manage their day-to-day operations. n We’re looking for a Field Sales Executive to grow our partner network across Jaipur. n This role is ideal for someone with experience in field sales, veterinary pharma, animal health, medical/pharma, or pet products who enjoys meeting customers, building relationships, and closing deals rather than working behind a desk. n n What You'll Do: n n Meet 7–12 pet businesses per day across your Jaipur territory, including vets, groomers, pet shops, boarding centres, and trainers. n Pitch and demonstrate the platform, handle objections, and close deals. Full product training will be provided. n Onboard new partners after the sale, including setup, training, and early-stage support. n Build and manage your own sales pipeline through: n n n Field visits n Cold calling n Referrals n Networking n n n Ensure newly onboarded partners remain active and engaged on the platform.



n Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM. n Gather ground-level customer feedback and share insights with the product team. n n n What we're Looking For: n n 1–5 years of experience in field sales. n Experience in veterinary pharma, animal health, medical/pharma, or pet products is strongly preferred. n Fluent in Hindi with working proficiency in English . n Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence. n Comfortable with cold calling, field visits, and independently managing a sales territory. n Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills. n Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment. n n n What You'll Get: n n Fixed salary + uncapped performance incentives n Structured product training and ongoing sales coaching. n Clear career progression: n n Field Sales Executive → Senior Sales Executive → Team Leader → City Sales Manager n n 5-day working week n Chance to join a fast-growing pet-tech company at an early stage. n n n Send your CV to or apply directly here .
