Job Description About the Role n We are looking for a sharp, proactive and high-ownership qualified to join the Gold Category team. n The role will work closely with stores and cross-functional teams to drive Gold category n execution, solve business and operational challenges, and ensure seamless implementation n of Gold processes across the retail network. The role will also contribute to merchandising n and broader category initiatives. n n Key Responsibilities n ● Own day-to-day Gold-related store queries and escalations, including product, pricing, discount and process-related issues. n ● Handle complex Gold category related cases and take appropriate decisions within defined policies and processes. n ● Act as the key POC for stores and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive issues to closure. n ● Track open issues and ensure timely resolution, with minimal escalation to the Category Lead. n ● Identify recurring issues and work towards improving processes, SOPs and overall store experience. n ● Support the Category Lead on merchandising,



category initiatives and business projects as required. n n What We’re Looking For n ● 1+ years of experience preferred in Retail, Business Operations, Category Management, D2C or a similar role. n ● Sharp, proactive and resourceful, with a strong bias for action and a high sense of ownership. n ● Confident and street-smart, with the ability to navigate people and situations to get things done. n ● Solid problem-solving, decision-making and stakeholder management skills. n ● A hustler who takes initiative, follows through and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. n ● Curious and eager to learn, with the ability to quickly understand new concepts, processes and business problems. n ● Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; proficiency in using AI tools is a plus. Prior experience in jewellery, retail, store operations, business operations or category management is preferred. n
