We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Officer to drive business growth, build robust customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on customer leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct customer meetings and ensure excellent service.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ Years in Sales / Marketing / BFSI
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA + Incentives + Allowances
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Experience in Field Sales or BFSI preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Local candidates preferred.
