About the Rolen

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Media Buyer with strong expertise in CPL and Lead Generation campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns in Home Insurance, Home Improvement, and Auto Insurance verticals.

Key Responsibilitiesn

n
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize CPL/Lead Generation campaigns.
n
- Manage campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, NewsBreak, or TikTok Ads.
n
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROI, and lead quality.
n
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target CPLs and performance.
n
- Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics.
n
- Conduct audience, creative, placement, and campaign-level testing.
n
- Analyze performance data and implement optimization strategies.
n
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.
n
- Work closely with affiliate, creative, and operations teams to improve campaign performance.
n
- Stay updated with platform policies, algorithm changes, and performance marketing trends.
n





Required Skills & Experiencenn
- 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Media Buying / Performance Marketing.
n
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following platforms:
n
- Facebook Ads
n
- Google Ads
n
- NewsBreak
n
- TikTok Ads
n
- Strong experience in CPL / Lead Generation campaigns.
n
- Experience working with Home Insurance, Home Improvement, and/or Auto Insurance verticals.
n
- Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, CVR, ROI, and lead quality.
n
- Proven ability to optimize and scale campaigns profitably.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n

Preferred Experiencenn
- Experience handling US lead generation campaigns.
n
- Experience managing significant daily/monthly ad budgets.
n
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks, lead buyers, and CPL funnels.
n
- Experience with campaign testing, scaling, and performance optimization.
n
