Job Description Location: Bangalore, India (On-site) n Experience: 8–15 Years n Employment Type: Full-Time n About the Role n We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive complex semiconductor/SoC programs from planning through silicon tape-out and post-silicon validation . The role requires robust technical understanding, program ownership, execution excellence, and exceptional stakeholder-management skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, leadership, customers, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery. n Key Responsibilities n n Drive end-to-end program execution for SoC/ASIC and semiconductor programs through silicon tape-out and validation. n Define program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables. n Coordinate cross-functional teams across Architecture, Design, Verification, Physical Design, DFT, Firmware, and Validation. n Track tape-out readiness , technical dependencies, and critical program milestones. n Manage external vendors, technology partners, foundries, and customers. n Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and timely escalation across teams. n Prepare program status updates and communicate effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders. n Manage programs involving Government/PSU/strategic technology stakeholders , where applicable.
