Job Title - Project Manager

Project Manager – HVAC / MEP / Cooling Projects

n

n
- Manage end-to-end execution and delivery of HVAC, MEP, industrial cooling, refrigeration and data center infrastructure projects.
n
- Develop project plans, schedules, resource plans and track project progress to ensure timely delivery within budget and technical specifications.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Engineering, Production, Procurement, Logistics and Service.
n
- Act as the key point of contact for customers, consultants, contractors, design teams and third-party agencies.
n
- Manage site execution including equipment delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, trial operations and final project handover.
n
- Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, technical specifications and applicable regulatory standards.
n
- Identify and mitigate risks related to schedule delays, cost overruns, technical issues and project execution.
n
- Handle project documentation including progress reports, meeting minutes, change orders, acceptance records and handover documents.
n
- Support technical coordination,



customer briefings and training during project commissioning and handover.
n
- Conduct post-project reviews and contribute to improving project delivery processes.
n

Candidate Requirements

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, HVAC, Refrigeration, Thermal Energy, MEP or related Engineering discipline.
n
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management within HVAC, MEP, industrial refrigeration, cooling equipment or related sectors.
n
- Solid experience in site/project execution, installation, commissioning and project handover.
n
- Experience with chillers, cooling towers, heat exchangers or industrial cooling systems is highly preferred.
n
- Knowledge of MEP project workflows, construction practices and HVAC/industrial cooling systems.
n
- Hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management and change management.
n
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera and Excel preferred.
n
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
n
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
n
- Valid passport preferred.
