Job Description About the Role
n We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sr . Accountant with strong expertise in ERP to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing accounting operations. Possess strong knowledge of financial reporting, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting international business operations.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Manage end-to-end accounting operations
n Maintain the General Ledger (GL) and ensure accurate financial record keeping.
n Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
n Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
n Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
n Conduct bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries.
n Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
n Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
n Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
n Identify process improvements and optimize accounting workflows within Epicor ERP.
n Assist finance leadership with management reports and business insights.




n Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting and system-related issues.
n n Required Skills & Qualifications
n n Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA Inter/MBA Finance is an added advantage).
n Strong understanding of General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
n Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes.
n Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
n Robust Microsoft Excel skills.
n Ability to analyze financial data and prepare management reports.
n Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n Ability to work independently and lead accounting activities.
n n Preferred Qualifications
n n Experience supporting US or international accounting operations.
n Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS.
n Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, or product-based organizations.
