Mandatory Qualifications

- PhD in relevant discipline from a reputed / globally recognized institution
n
- MBA / PGDM with an excellent academic track record
n
- Minimum 3–5 years (Assistant Professor) / 8+ years (Associate Professor) of full-time teaching and/or research experience at reputed institutions in India or abroad
n

n
Research & Academic Credentials:
n
n
- Solid research publications in Scopus / WOS / ABDC / UGC-Care indexed journals
n
- Active involvement in research, case writing, funded projects, or consultancy will be an advantage
n
- Experience in curriculum design,
outcome-based education (OBE), NBA/NAAC processes is highly desirable
n

n
Additional Value (Strong Advantage):

- UGC-NET / SET qualification
n
- Proven exposure to academic administration, program leadership, or accreditation activities
n
- Ability to handle industry-integrated MBA programs , analytics tools, ERP / SCM software, or financial modelling platforms
