Job Description We are a quick-growing re-commerce company transforming the way refurbished technology is bought, sold, and experienced across Africa. n We are building a trusted ecosystem for quality refurbished smartphones and consumer technology , with a strong focus on reliability, affordability, sustainability, and customer experience. n As we continue expanding across African markets, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who understands the mobile phone and refurbished smartphone industry and can help us scale our business, partnerships, and revenue. The Role n We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Africa with 5+ years of experience to drive commercial growth across: n Nigeria | Kenya | Uganda | South Africa What you’ll be responsible for n n Drive sales and revenue growth across the market n Build and manage relationships with mobile industry partners, vendors, suppliers,



and strategic accounts n Identify and onboard new business and channel partners n Develop and execute market expansion and sales strategies n Lead and develop high-performing teams n Own business performance and P&L; n Monitor sales, stock, returns, warranty, marketing, and financial performance n Represent Badili with key industry stakeholders n Work closely with retail, finance, technical, supply chain, and country teams n We’re particularly looking for candidates with experience in: n Mobile phones / Smartphones n ♻️ Refurbished & used mobile devices n Re-commerce / recommerce n Mobile distribution n Channel Sales n Partnerships & Business Development n n Candidates with experience managing P&L;, teams, partners, sales, and commercial operations will be strongly considered. n Location: n Nigeria | Kenya | Uganda | South Africa n If you have a strong background in the mobile or refurbished smartphone industry and the commercial drive to help scale a growing re-commerce business across Africa, we’d love to hear from you. n
