Role: Admission Counselor / Senior Admission Counselor (Telecalling)

Location: Gharuan, Mohali | On-site

Employment: Full-Time | Permanent

Shift: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

n

Salary: ₹25,000–₹32,500/month + Incentives

n

Role Summary:

n

Counsel prospective students and parents, manage admission inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into enrollments while achieving admission targets.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily

n

• Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp & email inquiries

n

• Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records

n

• Counsel students on courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships & admission process

n

• Recommend suitable programs based on student profiles

n

• Handle objections and convert leads into admissions

n

• Achieve daily/monthly admission targets

n

Eligibility:

n

• Bachelor's degree

n





• 1–3 years of experience in Admission Counseling, Telecalling, Education Sales, Telesales, or Lead Conversion

n

• Education/EdTech experience preferred

n
