Role Description Key Responsibilities
* Explain resort facilities, packages, offers and experiences to customers.
* Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.
* Maintain daily lead and follow-up records.
* Coordinate with the resort team regarding availability and bookings.




* Make outbound/cold calls to potential customers.
* Generate leads for resort bookings and packages.
* Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
* Build and maintain a database of prospective customers.
* Work towards daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
* Follow up consistently until the lead is converted or closed.
* Maintain good customer relationships before and after booking.

Working Hours: 9am-5pm
