Role Overview

n

Catnip Infotech is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise-level Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence, and Agentic AI implementation projects.

n

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including requirements assessment, solution planning, technical coordination, customer communication, resource management, risk management, governance, and successful production deployment.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

* Manage the complete lifecycle of RPA and Agentic AI projects—from discovery and solution design through development, testing, deployment and support.

n

* Conduct process-discovery workshops with customers and identify automation and AI opportunities.

n

* Translate business requirements into functional requirements, technical specifications, user stories and project plans.

n

* Work closely with RPA developers, AI engineers, solution architects, business analysts, infrastructure teams and customer stakeholders.

n

* Prepare project scope, effort estimates, timelines, resource plans, milestones and delivery schedules.

n

* Manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously.

n

* Lead RPA implementations using platforms such as IBM RPA, UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Microsoft Power Automate.

n

* Coordinate the development and deployment of Agentic AI solutions involving AI agents, LLMs, APIs, enterprise applications, databases and knowledge repositories.

n

* Understand agent orchestration, prompt workflows, human-in-the-loop processes, tool calling, RAG and enterprise AI integrations.

n

* Ensure secure integration with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, HRMS, CRM, ERP, email, document management platforms and customer portals.

n

* Coordinate infrastructure, cloud, on-premises, cybersecurity and access-related requirements.

n

* Track project progress, dependencies, issues, risks, change requests and mitigation actions.

n

* Conduct daily or weekly project reviews and provide accurate status reports to customers and internal management.

n

* Maintain project documentation, including project plans, MOMs, RAID logs, change-control records, test reports and acceptance documents.

n

* Establish delivery governance,



quality controls and escalation mechanisms.

n

* Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, data privacy policies and responsible-AI principles.

n

* Plan and coordinate SIT, UAT, performance testing, production deployment and hypercare support.

n

* Monitor automation success rates, AI response quality, accuracy, adoption and business perks after deployment.

n

* Manage customer expectations and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.

n

* Support presales activities by contributing to solution proposals, effort estimations, demonstrations, SOWs and technical presentations.

n

* Mentor team members and encourage timely, high-quality and accountable project delivery.

n

* Identify opportunities for project expansion, additional automation and AI-led transformation.

n

Required Technical Knowledge

n

* Strong understanding of RPA architecture, bot development, orchestration, scheduling and exception handling.

n

* Familiarity with RPA platforms such as IBM RPA, UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Power Automate.

n

* Understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents and multi-agent workflows.

n

* Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering and knowledge-base integration.

n

* Understanding of API integration, REST services, JSON, webhooks and database connectivity.

n

* Familiarity with Python, .NET, JavaScript or similar technologies is preferred.

n

* Knowledge of SQL and enterprise databases.

n

* Understanding of cloud and on-premises deployment models.

n

* Familiarity with Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud or hybrid-cloud environments.

n

* Awareness of application security, RBAC, IAM, credential vaults, audit logging and data privacy.

n

* Experience with Agile, Scrum and traditional project-management methodologies.

n

* Working knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence or equivalent tools.

n

Educational Qualification

n

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.

n

* MBA or postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.

n

* PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master,



SAFe or similar certification is preferred.

n

* RPA, cloud or AI-related certifications will be an added advantage.

n

Experience Requirements

n

* 7–12 years of overall IT experience.

n

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing automation, RPA, AI, analytics or digital-transformation projects.

n

* Proven experience delivering customer-facing enterprise technology projects.

n

* Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.

n

* Experience in BFSI, manufacturing, real estate, HR, finance, supply chain or other enterprise domains will be advantageous.

n

* Experience handling multiple customers or projects concurrently is preferred.

n

The ideal candidate should combine strong project-management skills with a practical understanding of RPA, AI and enterprise integrations. The person should be proactive, customer-focused, technically confident and capable of taking complete ownership of complex automation and Agentic AI programs. Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
