We are currently looking for a creative and results-driven TikTok & Short-Form Media Buyer to scale our paid acquisition efforts across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. This role focuses on leveraging viral short-form video strategies to drive high-volume customer acquisition and maximize return on ad spend.

The ideal candidate understands native platform trends, moves fast, and treats creative testing as the ultimate growth lever.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and scale performance ad campaigns specifically across TikTok Ads Manager and short-form placements.

Monitor daily campaign metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Hook Rate, 6-second view rates) and make instant optimizations.

Work closely with video editors and creators to brainstorm, produce, and iterate high-converting hooks and ugc styles.

Manage daily budgets, account stability, tracking setups, and audience targeting.

Deliver clear performance insights and reports to the growth team.





Requirements

Proven hands-on experience successfully managing and scaling performance ad spend on TikTok and short-form platforms.

Deep understanding of short-form video culture, viral structures, and rapid creative iteration loops.

Strong analytical mindset with a focus on attribution, profitability, and cost-per-acquisition.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
