It is a part of the TeamLease Services group, which is one of India’s largest staffing and human resource companies. n n Project Manager- n Document Verification n • Knowledge in Advance Excel- MIS Report (VLookup, Pivot Table, Formatting, Formulas, Report, etc) n • Collate the data from respective stake holders and preparing report in MS Excel. n • Liaising with Institution. n • Familiar with CRM systems and practices. n • Ensure adherence to SLAs for response and resolution times. n • Monitor the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.



n • Achieve and maintain an average response time for student queries n • Monitor the number of issues escalated to higher levels. n • Identify and address potential issues before escalation. n • Analysing the data regularly to provide information required by the respective Head of Departments. n • Maintain and Provide metrics for reporting to the respective stakeholders. n • Manage Programs and maintain timelines in sending the verification list, release of offer letters. n • Learn, understand, and assess existing academic operations processes across various Institutes and provide support and improvements.
