Job Description We are looking for a "ServiceNow Delivery leader " for our global IT services provider
n Location: Pune/ Bangalore/ Chennai/Hyderabad
n 20+ years of managing ServiceNow projects
n Experience in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB)
n Key Responsibilities
n n Lead and manage large-scale ServiceNow delivery programs across multiple clients
n Own end-to-end project lifecycle – from solution design to implementation and support
n Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and enterprise standards
n Oversee program governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication
n Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, consulting, and operations
n Provide strategic direction on ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap
n Mentor and lead high-performing delivery teams
n n Required Skills & Experience




n n 20+ years of experience in IT services delivery, with solid exposure to ServiceNow
n Proven experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations
n Deep understanding of:
n Incident Management
n Problem Management
n Change Management
n Service Request Management
n Configuration Management
n Hands-on experience in designing / customizing ServiceNow modules
n Strong knowledge of project delivery lifecycle and methodologies (Agile / Waterfall)
n Experience working with cloud technologies and SaaS environments
n Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n Strong analytical and consultative mindset
