Job Description Attend OP and IP patients and provide appropriate medical care.
n Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
n Handle emergency medical cases whenever required.
n Conduct regular inpatient rounds and monitor patient progress.
n Coordinate with consultants and other departments for multidisciplinary patient care.
n Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
n Ensure timely discharge summaries, treatment plans and follow-up instructions.
n Follow hospital clinical protocols, infection-control standards and patient-safety guidelines.
n Participate in clinical meetings, audits and quality-improvement activities.
