n About the Role
n We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead – Revenue Cloud / Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) to join our team in Bangalore.
n The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB), CPQ , and proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end ARM implementation .
n Key Responsibilities
n • Design, develop, configure, and implement Salesforce ARM solutions
n • Configure and customize Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB)
n • Work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
n • Provide technical recommendations and participate in solution design discussions
n • Develop Salesforce components using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
n • Support Salesforce integrations, UAT, testing, deployment, and production activities
n • Troubleshoot defects and provide timely technical resolutions
n • Ensure solution quality, scalability,



performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices

n • Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Platform certifications are an added advantage
