Job Description Role Overview n n We are seeking an experienced and analytical Performance Content Writer who understands the pulse of the creator economy. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven performance. n n Key Responsibilities n n * Create structured brief frameworks for influencers and outline short/long-form viral video strategies across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. n * Draft high-converting ad scripts, hooks, captions, and calls-to-action optimized for viewer retention and click-through rates. n * Work alongside talent to refine narratives, align on messaging, and execute co-branded campaigns. n * Author press releases, blogs, case studies, and thought leadership articles showcasing campaign outcomes.



n * Monitor campaign metrics to iterate on messaging and improve future brief performance. n n Required Qualifications n n * Proven track record of scaling channels to 50k+ Instagram followers or 100k+ YouTube subscribers via performance-focused content. n * 4–6 years within a media company, creator-led agency, or digital brand. n * Deep knowledge of social algorithms, viral trends, and audience retention metrics. n * Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and digital analytics tools. n
