About the Role

Lead Plant Finance and Finance Controllership functions. Drive Budgeting, Forecasting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Financial Planning, and FP&A.;

Responsibilities

/n

/n
Manage product costing, standard costing, variance analysis, and cost optimization.

/n
Oversee plant accounting, monthly closing, MIS, and financial reporting.

/n
Ensure GST compliance, statutory audits, and regulatory compliance.

/n
Monitor inventory valuation, working capital, and internal controls.

/n
Partner with Plant Head and Operations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

/n
Drive SAP-based financial processes, reporting, and process improvements.

/n

Qualifications

/n

CA Qualified with 15+ years of experience in manufacturing company.

/n

Required Skills

/n

/n
Solid expertise in Finance, GST, SAP FI/CO, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning.

/n
Excellent analytical, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills.

/n
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

/n

/n

Preferred Skills

/n

/n
Experience in a manufacturing workplace.
