Cultivate and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and stakeholders.

Coordinate quarterly earnings releases, conference calls, and investor presentations.

Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on investor sentiment and market trends.

Lead the preparation and review of investor-related communications, including annual reports and proxy statements.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments affecting the capital markets.

Act as the primary spokesperson for the company with the investment community.
