We're Hiring | Accountant – Film, Television & OTT Production

At Sutradhaar Films, we're looking for an experienced Accountant who understands the unique financial ecosystem of the entertainment industry.

/n

If you've worked in Bollywood, Television, OTT, Advertising, Music Videos, or Vertical Drama Productions, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be responsible for:

/n

Production budgeting (Pre-production & Post-production)

/n

Budget sheet preparation and cost tracking

/n

On-set financial audits and expense monitoring

/n

Bill verification and approvals

/n

Vendor negotiations and payment coordination

/n

Cost control and financial reporting throughout production

/n

Works closely with production, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution

/n

We're looking for someone who:

/n

Has prior accounting experience in the entertainment industry

/n

Understands production workflows and on-ground realities

/n





Is detail-oriented, organized, and financially disciplined

/n

Can work independently and make sound financial decisions

/n

Has solid negotiation and communication skills

/n

Is comfortable working with multiple productions simultaneously

/n

The entertainment business is incredibly exciting—but it can also be demanding. Tight delivery schedules, extended shoot days, occasional weekend work, and last-minute production challenges are all part of creating excellent content.
