The Center Manager is responsible for the overall operations, growth, and performance of the center. This includes managing admissions, student experience, staff supervision, revenue targets, operational excellence, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Operations Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center.
Ensure smooth functioning of all academic and administrative activities.
Maintain infrastructure, facilities, and compliance with company standards.

Admissions & Business Development
Achieve monthly and annual admission and revenue targets.
Counsel prospective students and parents.
Develop and Assist local marketing initiatives to increase enrollments.
Build relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, and community organizations.

Team and Center Management
Recruit, train, and supervise center staff.
Monitor employee performance and productivity.




Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching.
Manage center budgets and expenses.
Optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality.

Student & Parent Relationship Management
Ensure excellent customer service and student satisfaction.
Address student and parent concerns promptly.
Monitor attendance, feedback, and student retention.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree .
