Duties and Responsibilities

Key Deliverables:
Support field through troubleshooting on system.
Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT.
Monthly hold clearance.
Process analysis & sharing of best practices with the team.
Coordinate with Sales and ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT.
Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process.
Liaison with functional team - Operations, Risk, Banking, to cover process gap.
