As a Technical Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a specific platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability.

The skilled collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the architectural framework aligns with business objectives and technical requirements, while continuously evaluating emerging technologies to enhance system robustness and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology strategies with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now IT Operations Management (ITOM).
Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
Robust understanding of platform integration and system interoperability.
Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and infrastructure management.
Excellent communication skills to articulate architectural concepts to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Service Now IT Operations Management (ITOM).
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
