Responsibilities :

5â€9 years of overall IT experience with 2+ years as a Scrum Master. Robust knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery. Proven experience in client/stakeholder management. Experience in reporting, metrics tracking, and dashboards. Familiarity with Agile tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally Robust understanding of SDLC and project management principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Responsibilities:

Experience in Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS). Knowledge of project management tools and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel dashboards). Exposure to DevOps environments and CI/CD practices. Experience working with cross-functional global teams. Background in technical roles (developer/tester/BA) is a plus
