Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end sales closures for exclusive mandate residential projects.

/n
Guide clients throughout the booking and documentation process.

/n
Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and channel partners to ensure smooth transactions.

/n
Handle negotiations and successfully convert qualified leads into bookings.

/n

Maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure a seamless buying experience.

/n
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

/n

Candidate Profile:





/n

3–6 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales.

/n

Mandatory experience in Mandate Sales.

/n

Strong understanding of the Mumbai residential real estate market.

/n

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

/n

Customer-focused with a target-driven approach.

/n
