Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the design and implementation of complex software components ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns related to Salesforce environments.
Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware solutions.
Ability to optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce applications.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within Salesforce platforms.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
