Job Summary -

Policybazaar is looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support and guide

/n

Customer Support/Sales teams by driving operational excellence, improving team productivity,

/n

and ensuring process compliance. The ideal candidate should possess solid analytical skills,

/n

team handling experience, and expertise in Advanced Excel.

/n

Key Responsibilities -

/n

/n
Provide process guidance and floor support to Customer Support/Sales teams.

/n
Coach and mentor team members to improve productivity and performance.

/n
Monitor team performance and identify process improvement opportunities.

/n
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards,



and performance trackers.

/n
Analyze operational metrics and share actionable insights.

/n
Coordinate with Operations, Training, and Quality teams to improve business

/n

performance.

/n
Ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards.

/n

/n

Mandatory Requirements -

/n

/n
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.

/n
Customer Support Team Handling experience is Mandatory.

/n
Hands-on experience managing Attrition, Shrinkage, Productivity, and Team

/n

Performance.

/n
Solid proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,

/n

INDEX-MATCH, MIS Reporting).

/n
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

/n
Regional Language is Mandatory:

/n
Graduation is Mandatory.
