Provide L1/L2 support for Storage systems (HP Storage, EVA). Monitor and manage backup operations using Dell NetVault and other backup tools. Perform backup scheduling, monitoring, and issue resolution. Execute data restore requests and recovery activities. Conduct backup and recovery testing to ensure data integrity. Monitor storage utilization and assist in capacity planning. Handle incident/service requests as per SLA. Maintain documentation and follow ITIL processes (incident/change/request).
Technical and Skilled Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Storage Administration (HP Storage, EVA) Hands-on exposure to Backup tools (Dell NetVault / Backup Technologies) Understanding of backup & recovery concepts Familiarity with monitoring tools and logs analysis Basic knowledge of ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Remedy)
