CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Role

We are looking for a Key Account Executive who has practical knowledge of warehouse and transportation operations and can effectively coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day client coordination through calls and emails.
Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for smooth operations.
Understand the ground-level reality of warehouse and transportation operations.
Follow up on dispatches, deliveries, pending issues, and operational requirements.
Prepare basic MIS and reports in MS Excel.




Maintain proper communication and documentation through email.
Identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
Provide regular updates to clients and management.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Good knowledge of official email communication.
Robust client coordination skills.
Practical understanding of warehouse operations and transportation operations.
Valuable communication and follow-up skills.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in Logistics / Transportation / Warehousing / 3PL will be preferred.
