ONE Simulation is looking for a highly driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team and help us expand our healthcare simulation solutions across India and international markets. /n

Location: Noida, India & Cardiff, UK /n
/n Role: Sales Specialist /n

/n Experience: 0–3 Years preferred | High-performance freshers may also apply /n
Key Responsibilities /n
Sales Pipeline & Customer Engagement/n
Manage day-to-day sales pipeline and lead follow-ups /n

/n* Conduct customer calls, product discussions and demonstrations /n

/n* Identify current business opportunities and convert qualified leads /n
Sales Target Achievement/n
Own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets /n

/n* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports /n

/n* Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure /n
Conferences & Workshops/n
Represent ONE Simulation at conferences, exhibitions and workshops /n

/n* Engage with healthcare professionals, institutions and decision-makers /n

/n* Generate leads and actively convert event opportunities into sales /n




Sales-Driven Mindset/n
Strong hunger for achieving and exceeding targets /n

/n* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills /n
/n* Proactive, energetic and comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment /n

/n* Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences and workshops /n
What We’re Looking For /n
Solid communication and interpersonal skills /n

/n* Passion for sales and business development /n
/n* Ability to build relationships and influence customers /n
/n* Self-motivated, target-oriented and highly accountable /n

/n* Experience in medical devices, healthcare, medical education, simulation or B2B sales is an advantage /n
