Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Account Manager to join our team in Rohini for our US/night shift operations. In this role, you will be the strategic partner and primary point of contact for key client accounts, with a specific focus on managing Tamil-speaking stakeholders and regional client teams.

You will be responsible for driving account health, client retention, business expansion, and overseeing the efficient deployment of resources assigned to your accounts.

Key Responsibilities

/n
Account Management & Strategic Growth (70%)

/n

/n
Client Relationship Ownership: Build, nurture, and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key client executives and stakeholders.

/n
Regional & Strategic Alignment: Serve as the primary bilingual bridge for Tamil-speaking clients to ensure explicit communication, cultural fit, and seamless delivery.

/n
Revenue Expansion: Identify account growth opportunities (upselling/cross-selling), lead contract renewals, and increase overall account value.

/n
Client Satisfaction & Escalation:



Act as the main escalation point for client concerns, ensuring fast resolution and maintaining high NPS/satisfaction scores.

/n
Business Reviews: Conduct regular quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and status meetings to report performance, SLAs, and value delivered.

/n

Resource & Delivery Oversight (30%)

Capacity & Allocation: Work closely with delivery teams to ensure the right resources are mapped to client requirements.

/n
Utilization & Margins: Monitor resource utilization, project staffing costs, and account profitability.

/n
Requirement Planning: Gather upcoming talent/project needs directly from clients and align staffing pipelines accordingly.

Must-Have Qualifications

/n

Language: Professional fluency in Tamil (spoken and written) and English.

/n
Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Business Development (preferably in IT staffing, consulting, or services).

/n
Shift Readiness: Comfortable working the 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST shift on-site at our Rohini office.

/n
Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of managing account P&L;, contract renewals, and account expansion.
