Key Responsibilities:

To implement cost-saving measures so as to maximize the profitability of the event.

/n
Events executed within budgets.

/n
Minimal variance from projected costs and adherence to Ratios

/n
Vendor Management, Documentation of all Events, and P&L; Management

/n
To liaise and co-ordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries/execution of assigned tasks/activities

/n
Marketing of properties, and PR through Print/ digital mediums

/n
Planning & execution of on-ground events

/n
Tie-ups to endorse the properties ( print)

/n
Responsible for effective execution of events through client & internal sales coordination
