We are seeking a proactive and experienced to lead sustainability and green building certification projects across LEED, IGBC, WELL, GRIHA, and ECBC. The ideal candidate will manage, facilitate cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, ensure high-quality project delivery, and drive successful certification outcomes while supporting business growth and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor project teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables

/n
Plan, monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met

/n
Coordinate with clients, consultants and stakeholders for smooth project execution

/n
Prepare sustainability strategies and documentation for certification submissions

/n
Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with standards (LEED, IGBC, WELL, GRIHA, ECBC, etc.)

/n




Identify risks and prospects to improve project performance

/n
Ensure quality assurance and adherence to ENGRIN processes

/n
Support business development through proposals and client meetings

/n
Stay updated on green building standards, technologies and market trends

/n
Manage resources, budgets and project timelines effectively

/n

Qualifications

/n

/n
Min Bachelor's degree in the relate subjects

/n
Min of 2 - 3 years of relevant experience

/n
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

/n
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously

/n
Expertise on LEED, IGBC, WELL, GRIHA, ECBC
