Role: Academic Counsellor

Location: Bangalore

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Timing: 11AM - 8PM

Working days: 6 days (rotational week off)

Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Laptop is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling to prospective students and parents.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students
Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and academic offerings.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to sales conversion.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the Team Leader.
Follow up with prospective leads to maximize admissions.
Assist students in making informed academic and career decisions.

Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Exp in Academic Counseling, Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, or Education Consulting.
Excellent English communication with a neutral accent.
