Job Description: Location Manager - Retail Secured Business

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth for Retail Secured Loan products through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel by achieving location-level sourcing, disbursement, and revenue targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure optimum productivity, target achievement, and adherence to business objectives.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners while expanding the network through onboarding of current business partners.
Monitor the end-to-end loan sourcing process, ensuring compliance with credit, risk, operational, and regulatory guidelines.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to increase market penetration and strengthen the branch's secured lending portfolio.

Preferred Experience:
6+ years of experience in Retail Secured Lending (LAP, Mortgage, Home Loan, Secured Business Loans, etc.).
Robust exposure to DSA channel management, team handling, and business development.
Proven track record of achieving sales and portfolio growth targets.
