Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and support integrations in Workday HCM and Finance domain

Handle complex support issues and work on new enhancements/developments

Responsible for maintenance and improvement and implementation of integrations for multiple countries/vendors/processes through Incident / Change Request Management

Prepare technical specifications from functional specifications and business requirements

Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders during implementation and support activities.

Support unit testing, integration testing, and production deployments.

Follow Workday development standards and best practices.

Strong experience in data transformation and integration development.

Valuable experience in Workday integration development, testing, validation, and deployment.

Hands on experience in technical solution design,



release management, and integration delivery activities

Solid hands-on experience with: o Workday Studio o Cloud Connectors o Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) o Document Transformation (DT) o Advanced Reporting o Calculated Fields o Integration Security

Hands-on experience with Workday APIs: o REST APIs o SOAP APIs

Proficiency in: o XML o XSLT o JSON

Technical and Qualified Requirements:

Active Workday certification in integration space

Workday Studio hand on experience

Exposure to BIRT reports

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing capabilities.
