About the Role

Digiguru Pathshala is looking for a motivated Academic Counselor & Sales Executive who can connect with students, job seekers, and working professionals, understand their career goals, recommend the right AI & Digital Skills programs, and convert interested leads into admissions.

This is a sales-focused counselling role, not a customer support or basic telecalling position.

Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with prospective students through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
Explain course features, benefits, fees, and learning opportunities clearly.
Handle questions and objections professionally.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
Convert qualified leads into course admissions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission/sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.

What We Are Looking For
Good communication and convincing skills.
Confident and positive personality.
Interest in sales, counselling, education,



or career guidance.
Ability to handle objections and close sales.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and computers.
Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn can apply.
Previous experience in education sales, telesales, counselling, or inside sales will be an advantage.

Compensation ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month + performance-based incentives
