Job Description:
Portfolio Monitoring: Track customer accounts, review aging reports, and monitor daily collection performance against target metrics.
Customer Engagement: Conduct field visits and phone calls to meet delinquent clients, understand their financial constraints, and negotiate viable repayment plans.
Delinquency Control: Minimize non-performing assets (NPAs) and reduce overall portfolio delinquency rates.
Process Compliance: Adhere strictly to internal bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and code of conduct norms during collection activities.
Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with branch teams, sales, and credit departments to resolve disputes and flag high-risk default cases.
Record Keeping: Log all customer interactions accurately in internal systems and ensure timely deposit of collected funds at the branch
