We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our growing office and work closely with our U.S.-based staff and partners.

Position Overview:

/n

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving growth and managing operations. You will play a key role in supporting our U.S. operations from our Bangalore office and contribute to building solid client relationships and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

/n

Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for clients and third party service providers.

/n
Bridge communication between subject matter experts (SMEs), U.S. teams, and clients to ensure clarity and timely delivery.

/n
Participate in requirements gathering and kickoff meetings.





/n
Track deliverables, monitor timelines, and ensure projects stay on schedule.

/n
Resolve client issues proactively and escalate concerns as needed.

/n

Qualifications:

/n

/n
Bachelor/ Master degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

/n
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, ideally with international exposure.

/n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

/n
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during evening hours (to align with U.S. time zones).

/n
Experience with international project coordination is a plus.

/n
