Job Role: Part time Communication, Public Speaking & Leadership Trainer (Online)

Hours: 3 hours/day | 5 Days a week (Wednesday – Friday Evenings; Saturday & Sunday Morning or Evening)

Compensation: ₹15,000/month + Performance Bonus

About the Role:

/n

Apti Talent is hiring high-energy, articulate trainers to deliver live online communication, public speaking, and leadership skills for students (ages 8–16). Full curriculum and materials provided.

/n

Key Responsibilities:

/n

-Facilitate interactive 1-on-1 or small-group live sessions using our syllabus.

/n

-Conduct brief 30-minute student baseline assessments during demo sessions.

/n
Provide constructive, encouraging feedback to keep students engaged and confident throughout the program.





/n

-Complete brief post-session attendance and progress updates after each class.

/n

Requirements:

/n

Experience: Background as a Public Speaker, Spoken English Trainer, English Teacher or Communication Coach.

/n

Communication: Exceptional spoken English with clean enunciation and high vocal clarity.

/n

Classroom Energy: Patient, warm, and highly engaging with students aged 8–16.

/n

Tech Setup: Laptop with functional webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a quiet, skilled workspace.

/n

Availability (IST): Wednesday–Friday Evenings (3 hours/day), plus Saturday & Sunday (3 hours Morning or Evening).
