About the Role

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Executive who will be responsible for BOQ preparation, costing, and project coordination for interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have a solid understanding of interior design, estimation, and execution alignment.

Responsibilities

/n

/n
Prepare accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project quotations

/n
Perform cost estimation and budgeting for interior projects

/n
Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams

/n
Ensure alignment between design plans and project costing

/n
Work with vendors to obtain pricing and material details

/n
Track project costs and support in cost control and optimization

/n
Assist in project planning and execution support

/n




Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy in reports and estimates

/n

/n

Qualifications

/n

/n
2 – 5 years of experience in interior fit-out / estimation / quantity surveying

/n
Age below 32 years

/n
Background in Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying

/n
Solid knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, and quotation preparation

/n
Experience in residential interior projects

/n
Good understanding of materials, costing, and execution workflow

/n
Strong analytical and communication skills

/n
