We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and help maintain a strong, consistent visual presence across our social media platforms.

About the Role

/n

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can create eye-catching posters, images, and banners for our Linked In, Instagram, and Facebook pages. You will be responsible for keeping our social media presence fresh, on-brand, and visually engaging on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities

/n

Design creative posters, social media posts, and promotional graphics for Linked In, Instagram, and Facebook

/n

/n

/n
Create website banners and other digital marketing visuals

/n

/n

/n
Maintain brand consistency (colors, fonts, style) across all designs

/n

/n

/n
Work with the marketing team to plan a regular content/design calendar

/n

/n

/n
Edit and enhance images for use in campaigns and posts

/n

/n

/n
Stay updated with current design trends and social media formats (reels covers, carousels, stories, etc.)

/n

/n

/n




Deliver designs within given timelines

/n

/n

Requirements

/n

/n
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (mandatory)

/n

/n

/n
A solid portfolio showcasing poster design, social media graphics, and banner design

/n

/n

/n
Good understanding of layout, color theory, and typography

/n

/n

/n
Ability to work independently and manage multiple design requests

/n

/n

/n
Basic knowledge of social media design specifications (post sizes, banner dimensions, etc.)

/n

/n

/n
Positive communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively

/n

/n

Valuable to Have

Experience designing for social media pages of a brand/company

/n

/n
Knowledge of Canva or other design tools

/n

/n

/n
Basic understanding of digital marketing/branding concepts

Familiarity with video/reel editing tools (added advantage, not mandatory)
