At Trilegal, we're looking for an HR Operations Intern to join our HR team and gain practical experience across the employee lifecycle, HR technology, and strategic HR projects.

2.HRBP Intern

Location: Bangalore

Role & Responsibilities
Assist in managing employee onboarding and offboarding experiences.
Support employee engagement and people initiatives.
Coordinate performance management activities and documentation.
Analyze HR data, employee feedback,



and key metrics.
Partner with stakeholders to support day-to-day HRBP activities.

Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
Prior HR internship experience preferred.

Skills Required
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable analytical and organizational abilities.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
