Key Responsibilities
Manage, maintain and optimize Oracle databases for reliability, availability and performance.




Perform daily database health checks, backup and recovery operations.
Handle database installation, patching, upgrades, compliance and security management.
Provide technical support for C++ applications running on Linux settings.
Troubleshoot production incidents and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Monitor batch jobs and workflows using Control-M.
Troubleshoot failed jobs and ensure timely completion of scheduled activities.
Collaborate with application and peripheral teams to monitor and optimize current releases.
Work with business stakeholders to understand support requirements and provide timely resolutions.
Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential incidents.
