About the Role
/n
We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer – III with strong expertise in Revit Architecture . The role involves working closely with the Project Manager on design development, construction documentation, and project delivery.
/n
/n
Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
Assist the Project Manager in maintaining design and technical quality standards
/n
Prepare floor plans, wall partition plans, RCPs, elevations, millwork drawings, and construction documents
/n
Set up and maintain Revit drawing standards and consistency across deliverables
/n
Handle projects from concept through design development and construction documentation
/n
Maintain strong proficiency in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD
/n
Ensure project schedules, deadlines, and quality standards are met
/n
/n
/n
Requirements
/n
/n
4+ years of relevant experience
/n
B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering
/n
Solid command of Revit Architecture is mandatory
/n
Experience with multifamily, single-family, or townhome projects preferred
/n
Solid knowledge of architectural documentation and construction drawings
/n
Positive written and verbal English communication skills
/n
Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and time management
/n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
/n
