About the Role

/n

We are looking for a Senior Finance Associate who can independently manage accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, financial reporting, and finalization of accounts while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).

/n
Handle TDS computation, payment, reconciliation, and return filing.

/n
Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for companies, LLPs, firms, and individuals.

/n
Prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and supporting schedules.

/n
Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting entries.

/n
Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.

/n
Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.

/n
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI,



and other statutory requirements.

/n
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.

/n
Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, and management reports.

/n
Keep updated with changes in taxation and accounting regulations.

/n

Required Skills

/n

/n
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.

/n
Experience in preparation and finalization of financial statements.

/n
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.

/n
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting.

/n
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

/n
Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.

/n

Qualifications

/n

/n
B. Com, M. Com, CA Inter, or an equivalent qualification.

/n
4–6 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Taxation, and Finance.

/n
Experience in a CA firm, consulting firm, or compliance-based organization will be preferred.
