Accountant – Travel Luxis

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 3–7 Years

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month

About the Role

Travel Luxis is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, and reporting for our travel business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting entries, invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal teams.
Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors.
Maintain proper documentation and supporting records.
Ensure timely closure of monthly accounts.

Requirements




Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
3–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
Robust knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST and TDS.
Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or service industry will be an advantage.
Valuable analytical and numerical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
